The ingredients for Chicken Vermicelli are:

2 9.25 oz. cans chicken breast-drained
2 T. Beau Monde seasoning
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. chicken broth
8 oz. fat free sour cream-softened
10 oz. vermicelli noodles-cooked
sauteed mushrooms if desired
parmesan cheese if desired


How Do I Make Chicken Vermicelli?

Here is how you make Chicken Vermicelli:

Combine chicken, seasoning, soups, cream cheese and chicken broth in a medium sized bowl. Saute mushrooms and add to soup mixture. (I used 1 T. Best Life Buttery Spread to saute in) Place in a greased 9x13 pan and combine with noodles. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese if desired. (I did not use.) Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes-covered. Can be prepared the day before and stored in the refrigerator. Note: Original recipe calls for 2 can cream of chicken soup and 2 cups sour cream (instead of cream cheese and chicken broth.)
