Here is how you make Chinese Walnut Chicken:

Cut chicken into pieces, about 1/2" - 1" square-ish.mix cornstarch, pepper, sugar, 1 tbsp soy sauce and 2 tbsp oil in large bowl. Add chicken and stir to coat completely.Saute walnuts in 1 tbsp oil until golden brown. Remove from pan.Heat remaining 2 tbsp oil and add chicken mixture.
