Add chicken, rosemary and bay leaves, saute about 25 minutes or until chicken is golden. Season generously with salt & pepper. Add 1/4 cup white wine and garlic. Cover and simmer about 20 minutes or until chicken is tender. Uncover and sprinkle parsely. Simmer uncovered, turning chicken until liquid evaporates to a syrupy glaze. Remove chicken to warm plate. Add remaining 1/4 cup wine to pan and stir over high heat to loosen and blend drippings. Reduce heat and discard bay leaves.
