Here is how you make Mama's Special Chicken Wings:

Pre-heat over to 375. Spray baking dish with cooking oil. Wash and pat dry chicken wings. Season wings with paprika, cayenne pepper and garlic powder. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes. Turn chicken wings over and season the other side of the wings. Bake 25 minutes. Add chopped onions and green peppers to the chicken wings. Spoon tomato soup over the wings, onions and green peppers.
