dried Basil, 2 tbsp

Romaine Lettuce 16 inner leaves
kroger 2% 4 cheese blend, 0.25 cup

Here is how you make Flat Out Chicken Strip Wraps:

Cook the chicken first. place the egg whites and milk in a bowl, lightly scrambling. Put the other ingredients in another bowl, and a cookie sheet at the end. Preheat oven to 350. Spray the cookie sheet with pan spray. Dip the chicken in the egg white mixture, then coat in the total mixture, making sure totally covered. Place on cookie sheet and repeat with the rest of the chicken strips. Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown and meat cooked through. Let cool as you combine the other ingredients.In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, yogurt and spices, spread thinly over the flat bread.Layer the spinach on top of the cream cheese filling. put 2 or 3 strips of chicken on top of that and the romain on top of those.
