3 onions, chopped
1 zucchini, yellow or green, chopped

3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
6 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp salt
3 cups water
1 tbls olive oil

Here is how you make Chicken Pompotato:

1. In a large pot, add olive oil and turn up to high.2. Clean and chop potatoes into small bite-size pieces, and add to pot, stirring occassionaly until slightly brown.3. Add chopped onion, chick peas and garlic to pot. Keep stirring.4. Once onion starts to get soft, add cubes of chicken, bell peppers and salt, and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occassionaly.5. Add can of tomatoes, zucchini and water.
