Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and green chilies and cook until the onions are tender. Add the ground turkey, cooking til turkey is no longer pink. Add the diced tomatoes, both beans, tomato sauce and paste; mix well. Add the chile powder and garlic salt. Let the chile simmer covered for 15 minutes, adding water if chile becomes to thick.
