Here is how you make Chili and Cornbread Bake:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brown ground beef, drain. (While beef is browning, mix together Jiffy mix, egg, and milk.) Put 2 cups ground beef in an 8 x 8 baking dish. Add 2 cups canned chili beans, tomato paste and chili powder, mix together. Pour jiffy cornbread mixture over the top. Sprinkle with cheese and chives.
