Cook beef in water in large pot. ( I cook from frozen in water, using about 10 cups water-some of this will boil off, the rest stays in the recipe), Add spices. Add whole tomatoes, mash with potato masher.Add diced tomatoes, Rinse beans and add them to pot. Add tomato paste, sauce and frozen corn. Cook until flavors develop to your taste.
