Here is how you make Sweet Potato Black Bean Chili:

In a large dutch oven, heat 1 tbsp. oil over medium heat. Add sweet potato and onion and cook until onion is crisp tender. Add garlic, chili powder, cayenne pepper, cumin, salt and pepper. Cook for 1 minute. Add beans, diced tomatoes, coffee and honey. Mix well. Bring to a boil then reduce heat.
