How Do I Make White Bean Chili?

Here is how you make White Bean Chili:

Place beans in a saucepan;cover with water bring to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Soak for 1 hour ; Drain and rinse. in a 5-quart soup pot, saute onion in oil until tender. Combine seasonings and add half to pot. Saute 1 minute. Add beans, broth and garlic; bring to boil. Reduce heat, simmer 2 hours. Meanwhile, Add remaining seasonings to turkey; mix well, let stand.
