1 4 oz. can of green chiles
.5 raw onion

How Do I Make Cary's Chili?

Here is how you make Cary's Chili:

Brown the ground beef. Drain and set aside.You need a BIG pot. We use a blender to mix all the other ingredients except the beans. It is best to blend it in batches with a little of everything so that is gets well mixed and the flavors can be fully incorporated. Pour into the BIG pot and add the hamburger. Cook this mixture at medium heat for at least an hour. The flavors will start to blend together and there won't be any chunks. The longer you cook it the smoother it gets. Add beans a couple of hours before you serve.
