Dice vidalia onion, halapeno and green chilis. Sautee' all with ground beef and 1tbs of chili powder (drain any grease). In a pot mix black beans, kidney bean, corn and tomato's with the beef mixture and remaining chili powder. Bring to a boil in the pot and simmer for at least 30 minutes. Note.
