1 1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder (use more if desired)
1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
1 can (15 oz) Kidney beans, drained

Here is how you make Chili Beef Stew:

Sprinkle Flour over beef cubes. Tos to coat. Heat oil in Dutch Oven or Heavy Large pan. Brown beef in batches. Remove beef from pan. In same pan, cook onion, stirring frequently until soft and lightly browned.Return beef to pan and add all ingredients except kidney beans. Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat.
