2 tsp salt free zesty blend of Mrs. dash or store brand
2 tsp creole seasoning with salt
2 tbs or more to taste chili powder
1 tbs or more to taste of cumin
2 cups diced onion
2 cups diced green, red, or yellow peppers
2 1/2 pounds 93% lean ground beef
