Here is how you make Pauline's Mild Chili:

In a large pot sautee onions, celery, garlic and mushrooms. Slowly add the ground beef and continue blending into vegetables until the groun beef is no longer pink. Add stewed tomatoes and brown beans. Add the V8 juice slowly stiring mixture until you feel it has reached the right consistancy (it should be on the thicker side...not soupy).
