Chili?Here is how you make "This isn't Beef?" Chili: Put diced onions and garlic cloves in a stock pan with olive oil and cook until onions are clear, about 3 minutes. Then add the ground turkey and pork and cook until meat is brown. Add your salsa, can of kidney beans, mushrooms, all of the peppers, and spices in the pan and mix well. Reduce heat to a simmer and let cook. I have found the longer that it cooks, the better that it tastes. But it can be ready to eat after an hour or so once the flavors have melded together. Serving size is about 1 to 1.25 cups. Enjoy!
