1 onion, chopped
3 green peppers, chopped,
3 cloves garlic
31 oz ground beef
1 large can tomato sauce
1 small can tomato paste, mixed w/ about 8 oz of water
2 cans canned tomatoes (can use flavored)
cumin (try 1 tsp)
chili powder (try 1 Tbsp)
crushed red peppers (try 1 tsp)
1 can black beans
1 can kidney beans
50 black olives, chopped
Add fresh cilantro to taste
Serve each helping with 1 oz cheese, grated
