- 2 small cans low sodium V8
- 1 med. onion, chopped
- 6 oz. ground beef
- 1 chicken breast, cubed
- spices to your taste ( I used white pepper, cayenne, chipolte chili, garlic)

Here is how you make Chili con lala:
