Preheat oven 400 F. Cut four of the tortillas in half and stack them one on top of the other. Cut Tortillas into 1/2 " strips. Toss with 1 teaspoon of oil. Spread in a single layer over bottom of cookie pan. Bake 10-12 minutes or until crisp, stirring once. Remove from oven.2. Remove membranes and seeds from chile, chop. Chop onions. Cut chicken into 3/4" pieces; toss with cumin. Shred tortilla's into seperate bowls. Set aside.3. Heat remaining 1 tsp oil over med-high heat. Add Chicken, cook and stir for 5 minutes. Remove chicken, set aside. Add Chiles, onions and garlic to skillet. Cook and stir for 3 minutes. Stir in Chicken, Broth, beans, salsa, and grated Tortillas. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes.4. Chop Cilantro and stir into chile.
