1/2 to 1 c onion, chopped

3 - 14.5 oz cans Mexican Style (Stewed, diced or chopped) Tomatoes

1 - 14.5 oz can Tomatoes with Green Chili or Jalapeno in it.

3 - 15.5 oz cans of Chili hot beans (Brook or Bush)

1 - 15.5 oz can of Hot & Spicy Chili Beans (Brook or Bush)

1 - 15 oz can of Tomato Sauce

2 - DR WT 8oz cans of mushrooms

Here is how you make Pat's Chili:

Brown the meat, open all the cans and put everything into a 4 quart pot and let simmer a while to blend the flavors... (20 minutes or so) at which time I toss in the green peppers & onions (we prefer these ingredients to be crisp).
