Before turkey is completely browned added red onion, lime juice, chili powder, ground cumin, red cayenne pepper and all purpose seasoning. Complete browning. Reduce heat to medium. Chop yellow and green bell pepper to desired size and add to ground turkey mix and stir. Then add Tomato Paste, stir. Add water and continue to cook on medium heat for about 15 minutes. Add Pinto Beans and Kidney Beans and cook thru (without lid) until desired thickness is achieved.
