Get all ingredients out, chopped and ready to go.2. Turn crock pot on low, add one cup water3. Saut? onions and garlic until translucent, add to crock pot4. Brown ground beef, season with chili powder, cumin, red pepper or cayenne pepper (or whatever seasoning you like) I don?t like it too spicy, so add more if you do. My husband will add ghost pepper flakes to his! He has no taste buds5. Add ground beef, beans, salsa (whatever heat level you like) tomatoes, and whatever veggies you are using to crock pot. Give it all a good stir. Put lid on crock pot.6. If you are starting this late in the day, put the crock pot on high for couple of hours. If it?s in the morning, you can put it on low and just leave it all day.7.
