Here is how you make Mike's Crockpot Chili:

Chop onions, peppers and galic. Brown in skillet along with beef on medium heat. Drain and put mixture into crockpot. Drain and rinse both cans of beans. Add to crockpot. Add chicken broth and tomatoes, and all spices except corn mill. Cook on medium and add corn meal as needed to thicken two hours before serving.
