Cook Turkey fully till brown. Add chopped veggies to pan (yellow pepper, green pepper, yellow onion, and jalapeno). Cook these in kettle till they sweat. Add full bottle of Guiness beer, simmer in pan for approx 15 mins until it cooks down some and the alcohol is cooked out of the beer. This is added for the barley and hops to add deptth to the flavor of the chili. Now add all the tomatoes and kidney beans to the chili still till all is combined evenly and add remaining seasonings ( i.e. Chili powder & salt, or pepper to taste if needed for you). Simmer chili till all flavors combine. Makes approx 20 1-cup servings.
