In a large sautee pan, cook ground turkey, chopped onion and garlic, over medium-high heat, stirring until lightly browned (approx 15 minutes) Drain off excess fat and transfer to 4-qt chili pot. Add tomato sauce, paste and kidney beans and stir. Add remaining spices and adjust heat to a simmer. Cook red and green pepper in sautee pan unitl tender. then add to chili pot and stir. Let chili simmer for at least 10 minutes. Serve 1-1/2 cup in bowl and top with low-fat cheddar cheese (optional) and diced onion topping.
