6 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
1 T tomato paste
1 cup ff beef broth
1/3 cup water
10 oz can tomatoes w/green chilies
4 oz Fritos
1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup light sour cream

Here is how you make Chili Corn Chip Pie (from Cooking Light):

1. Heat large skillet over medium high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Saute 5 mins, stirring to crumble. Remove beef, drain. Wipe pan clean w/paper towels. 2 Add onion to pan, saute 4 mins. Add garlic, saute 1 min stirring constantly. Stir in beef, cumin, pepper and salt.3. Stir in tomato paste; cook 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Add broth, 1/3 cup water and tomatoes. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and and simmer 15 mins or until slightly thick, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.4. Place 1 oz chips bottom of 4 bowls. Top each with 2/3 cup beef mixture, 2T cheese, and 1 T sour cream.
