How Do I Make Cogley Chili?

Here is how you make Cogley Chili:

Brown the ground beef. Drain, add to crockpot. Dice onions and garlic, and saute in the same pan. When just browned, add to crockpot. Prep sweet bells and cut into slices, then saute in the same pan until just browned (can be cooked with onions & garlic if desired.)Drain & rinse beans, add to crock.
