Tomato Sauce, 2 cup
Tomato Paste, 0.5 cup
V8 Vegetable Juice, Low Sodium, 12 oz

How Do I Make Fiber Fantastic Chili?

Here is how you make Fiber Fantastic Chili:

1. Brown ground beef and drain, set aside.2. Saute onion and peppers using beef broth in place of oil.3. Add all remaining ingredients except corn, okra and tomato paste.4. Cook in a pot with a lid over medium to medium low heat for 2 hours. Stir occasionally to keep from sticking to bottom. 5. Add frozen corn, frozen okra and tomato paste. Stir well to mix thoroughly.
