1 Green Bell Pepper - diced
1 Small to Medium Onion - diced

2 cans diced Tomatoes
2 1 oz. envelopes of Taco Mix

How Do I Make Megan's Chili?

Here is how you make Megan's Chili:

Spray inside of pot with Pam. Add diced peppers and onions and saute' on low until slightly softened. Add ground beef and mushrooms and cook through. Add Beans, Tomatoes and Taco Seasoning and stir. Bring to a boil and then drop temperature to low and add salt, pepper, hot sauce and liquid smoke to taste. Simmer at least 20 minutes.
