The ingredients for Melissa's Chili are:

1 lb ground beef (I use 93% lean)
1 small onion, chopped
27 oz. can Bush's Chili Beans (in mild sauce)
2 10 oz. cans ROTEL Diced tomatoes & Green Chilis, undrained
1 cup elbow macaroni
2 cups water
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp cayenne pepper
black pepper
salt


How Do I Make Melissa's Chili?

Here is how you make Melissa's Chili:

Chop the onion. In a large skillet brown the beef with the onion. When the beef is brown, add the chili beans, diced tomatoes (undrained!), macaroni, 2 cups of water (to keep the chili hydrated while the macaroni cooks), chili powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt. Try not to forget any of the spices and don't drain the tomatoes or beans, it affects the flavor.Cook it over medium head for 20-25 minutes until the macaroni is done.Makes about 9 bowls (servings).
