This is a recipe my boss gave me. He was endlessly tweaking it and this is my version (I removed bell peppers from the original recipe since both my husband and I don't like the taste of bell peppers in cooked dishes). I recommend a large crock pot for this recipe. A smaller crock pot won't have enough room. This has some heat to it, but you can opt for the milder seasoning, eliminate or reduce the Tabasco and/or replace the habanero with a milder pepper. I like flavorful heat and this recipe has it in spades! What Course Is Minnesota Chili (Modified)?Minnesota Chili (Modified) is for Dinner.
