Here is how you make Missy's Yummy Chili:

Cut onions and peppers into small pcs.Place ground beef, onions and peppers in a pot. Either use a garlic press or chop the garlic into small pcs. Add to the pot.Cook over medium heat 8-10 minutes or until beef is no longer pink (remember to break beef into small crumbles when cooking it).Drain out the drippings (grease).Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder & salt.Bring mixture to a boil; reduce heat to low. Cover & simmer 30 minutesIf you wish, top with shredded cheese, nacho chips, or sour cream. Green onions are always great too.
