1 cup beer
1/2 c. chardonnay white wine
1 TBS garlic
1 TBS sugar
1 TBS brown sugar
1 TBS chili powder
1 can pinto beans, drained
1 can light red kidney beans, drained

Here is how you make Sassy Chili:

Brown beef in skillet with onion and green pepper, After meat is finished and you have drained off any excess fat add celery salt and Country Bob's Steak sauce Add beans, tomato paste, tomatoes, beer, wine, diced green chilies or jalapenos,sugar, garlic, coriander, chili powder, salt and pepper and paparika to taste.Bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer uncovered for one hour.Taste even better the next day.
