2 Can's Diced (or stewed) Tomatoes
2 Cups Black Beans
2 Cups Kidney Beans
1 cup Tomato Sauce
1 cup Salsa
1 Large Onion, diced
1 garlic clove
1 Tbsp Pepper
dash of salt

How Do I Make Stephenie's Chili?

Here is how you make Stephenie's Chili:

In a large skillet, over medium-high heat, sautee onions with olive oil for about 5 minutes or until soft. Add garlic clove and let sautee another 2-3 minutes. In a seperate, large pot, combine tomatoes, black beans, kidney beans, tomato sauce, salsa & spices over medium heat. When the onions & garlic are done add to pot. Stir a few times to combine.In the onion skillet, heat ground pork over medium-high heat until browned & no longer pink. Add to chili pot, stir and let sit on low for 15 minutes. Serve with sourdough bread or low-carb flat out wraps!Makes 10 servings - generally 1 cup each... can be altered with more tomatoes, chili powder/mix or other spices... try adding other veggies too!Number of Servings: 10Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user STARBUCKSLOVE.
