Brown the ground beef in non-stick fry pan, until meat is no longer pink. Or brown ground turkey until completely white if you prefer.While the meat is cooking, open all the cans and dump into a big pot or crock pot, then mix together adding water, by using one of the tomato cans and add spices. If simmering on stove bring the sauce to a boil, but no higher than a medium heat.Use paper towel or drain out any extra fat from meat and add to bean mixture. Mix and let boil for 30 minutes to 1 hour, then let simmer at a lower temperature at low-medium for 3 hours, mixing every hour. ORCrockpot it until you are ready to eat.
