Makes 6 two cup servings.Coo and drain ground beef and set aside.Saute first five ingredients for about 5 minutes.Add the next nine ingredients, mix well, and cook on medium low for 5 more minutes.Add the next three ingredients, mix well to coat the okra in the sauce, and cook for 20 more minutes.
