Here is how you make Chili for the army:

Brown ground Turkey with half the chopped onions and half the green peppers. Add remaining ingredients, mix thoroughly and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about an hour stirring occasionally. I like to serve mine with Fat-Free Saltines, or throw in some uncooked wheat spaghetti noodles when reducing heat for something a little different. If you want something spicier throw in two dried Chiles when simmering(just remember to remove before serving).
