3 cups elbow Macaroni
1 lbs Ground turkey
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper chopped
1 small zucchini
2 small carrots
2 tbs ground cumin
salt & pepper
Cayenne Pepper to your taste
1 cn of diced tomatoes
1 cn sweet corn, slightly drained
1 cn red kidney beans or black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cn tomatoe paste
3 oz water
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese



How Do I Make Chili Mac?

Here is how you make Chili Mac:

In 3 qrt sauce pan cook macaroni. In deep skillet cook turkey until no longer pink on med high heat. Add zucchini, carrots, onions and green pepper. Cook another 5 mintues on low heat. Mix in all spices. Add diced tomatoes, corn, and beans. Add tomatoe paste with about half a can of water. Simmer on low for about 5 mintues. Remove from heat and mix with macaroni in LARGE bowl.
