In a pot large enough for the chili, brown all the meat.While meat is browning, dice the zucchini, onion, celery and tomato.Drain the juicesDrain the 2 cans of beans.Put the meat back in the pot.Add the rest of the ingredients.Use about 3 tbsp of cumin.Add 3 tbsp of chili powderAdd 2 tbsp of black pepper.Add1.5 tbsp of green&red pepper seasoning.Optional: Remove 1/3 of chili from pot; place in food processor and grind for a minute. This will give your mixture a thicker base.
