Cook 1 lb turkey, 2 oz of water and chopped onion in a pan for twenty minuites or until cooked throughly. Then drain. In a large pot add the turkey and onions with 42 oz tomatoe juice, 2 cans of kidney beans, tbsp salt and one clove of garlic (can substitute for both and just use 1 tsbp of garlic salt), 1 tsp of black pepper and 1 tbsp of chili poweder.
