1/2 medium sized onion
4 cloves garlic
32 oz Pinto Beans (2-16oz cans)
56 oz petite cut diced tomatoes (2-28oz cans)
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp cumin - (to taste if not enough)
1/2 dried jaapeno pepper (crush)
2 dried habanero peppers (crush) (if you like extra spice
8 - 10 cups water

Here is how you make Wags Chili:

1) brown ground turkey in skillet2) place cooked ground turkey in large pot.3) dice bell peppers and onions4) smash garlic cloves5) heat diced bell peppers and garlic in skillet6) once heated add bell peppers and garlic to large pot that has the turkey. (set aside)7) mix dry ingredients (salt, pepper, cumin, sugar, jalapeno) together in small bowl (included habaneros at this time if desired)8) add dry mixture to large pot w/Turkey, bell peppers and garlic.9) add canned tomatoes to pot.10) add canned pinto beans to pot.11) add water to pot.12) bring to rolling boil.13) once boiling starts turn temp down to simmer.14) let simmer for 3 to 4 hours.
