How Do I Make High Raw Vegan Chili?

Here is how you make High Raw Vegan Chili:

Soak sun dried tomatoes in 2 cups of water for several hours, or until plump. Optionally, soak raw almonds in water overnight. Additionally, soak sprouted lentils overnight (to create softer lentils). In a food processor, mince almonds and carrots. Add to large crockpot (with "warm" setting). Place sundried tomatoes, jalapeno, cilantro and onion in food processor and blend until creamy. Add to crockpot. Repeat with fresh tomatoes. Add to crockpot. Add all spices, garlic and chopped red pepper. Add lentils and other ingredients (all except beans, corn and raisins). Allow to "warm" for 2 hours. (do not allow temp to rise above 110^F, check w/ meat or candy thermometer). If heat rises close to 110^, turn off crockpot and allow to marinade. Once warm, use a hand blender to "puree" the mixture to a "ground beef-like" texture. Add in canned beans (if using). Continue to warm for 1 hour.
