Add cumin, chili, red chili flakes, cinnamon stick, oats, potatoes and lentils and saute another 5 or 10 minutes. Add tomatoes and jalapenos, bring to a simmer and cover. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 - 45 minutes, stir every 10 minutes and add water as needed, until potatoes and lentils are soft. Add molasses, lime juice, corn and beans, simmer 15 - 30 more minutes. Serve with rice or warm tortillas.
