Brown the ground beef, drain and set aside. Saute the celery, onions, green peppers and minced garlic until softened. Add can of beans, drained. Rinse can with water, adding a half can or so of water. Add full can of v8 or vegetable juice, again rinsing with water, adding more water to pot. Put drained ground beef back into pot.
