Here is how you make Garden Vegetable Chili:

Brown beef with onion and garlic in large pot.In skillet, saute zucchini and green pepper in olive oil until soft. Add to beef and onion mixture. Add kidney beans, black beans, tomatoes, and beef broth. Stir in spices: cumin, cayenne, crushed red pepper (if desired), and chili powder. Simmer 1/2 hour. Add more beef broth if necessary.
