.25 cup dry black lentils
.25 cup quinoa
4 t. onion powder
4 t. garlic powder
1 t. oregano
2 t. parsley
1 t. coriander
1 t. cumin
1 t. paprika
5-6 drops Liquid Smoke*
.5 cup Nutritional Yeast*
2 T. cashew powder/flour*
black pepper and sea salt to taste

*Add towards the end. ** Stewed tomatoes are easy! Blanch and remove the skin and take out the seeds. Puree half of what you've got and cook it with the solid half, lightly salted, for ten minutes. I used 4.5 pounds of tomatoes for this recipe.Sweat the onions in the oil and after about 10 minutes on low heat they should be ready for you to add the veggies. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
