Here is how you make Simply Chilli-icious:

Brown ground beef in 4 quart sauce pan with salt, coarse black pepper, garlic, green pepper, sweet red peppers and onion. Drain well. Add tomatoe sauce and chilli beans. Add chilli powder and crushed red peppers if desired. Cover and simmer on low heat for 1 hour.
