1 small head white cabbage
1 chicken breast (no skin)
1 cup dry roasted peanuts (unsalted)
3-4 scallion (green onion)

4 Tbsp lite soy sauce
2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 Tbsp oyster sauce
1 Tbsp Chili paste (or to taste)
1 tsp corn starch


How Do I Make Three Crunches - Chinese style?

Here is how you make Three Crunches - Chinese style:

Combine the soy, vinegar, oyster and chili sauce with the corn starch to make the sauce. You can omit the corn starch to save some calories.Finely chop the cabbage, chicken, peanuts, garlic and water chestnuts.Slice the green onion very fine.Add oil to a wok or saute pan and turn the temperature to high. Add the garlic and chicken and cook until chicken is done. Remove. Add peanuts and water chestnuts to the wok and cook until peanuts are slightly toasted (this doesn't take long). Remove.Add cabbage and sauce and turn the heat down. Cover and let simmer until the cabbage gets slightly softer (but it still should be crunchy).
