Here is how you make Sauteed Swiss Chard with Coconut Oil:

Trim end of stems on swiss chard and then dice stems and leaves seperately. Heat 1 tbsp coconut oil on med heat for about a minute. Add stems, as they take longer to cook. Let cook for a couple of minutes then add the leaves, garlic powder and the black pepper. Cook for about 5 to 8 minutes stir it a couple of times.
